Service Rebate for defective products

SOLTARO pays fixed service rebates for the replacement for the inspection and (if needed) repair and/or replacement of any defective or malfunctioning Products. These fixed service rebate can only be claimed once for each repair case.

Generally, these rebates are paid directly by SOLTARO to the installer. However, in cases where the installer has claimed rebates from the distributor and the distributor claims from SOLTARO, these service rebate terms shall apply as if the distributor is the retailer. Never shall any rebate be paid twice in regard of a single case of product defect.
